Our Story
Mikes Property Inspection began with one man, a set of tools, and an unwavering commitment to doing things properly.
Mike Senior started his journey in the property industry over 30 years ago, beginning as a joiner at just 16 years old. Through years of hard work, dedication, and a relentless focus on craftsmanship, he developed a deep-rooted understanding of how homes are built, repaired, and improved. That foundation continues to shape everything we do today.
As the business grew, so did the vision.
Mike’s son, Michael, joined the trade over 12 years ago, specialising as a plumber and bringing with him a modern, forward-thinking approach to property services. Together, they have combined traditional skills with contemporary standards to create a business that reflects both heritage and progress.
Michaels wife Claire joined the team bringing her business management experience and she runs the office and admin side of the business.

What started as a small, hands-on repair service has evolved into a trusted London-based company with a team of 11 skilled professionals.
Today, Mikes Property Inspection operates across a wide range of services, including property inspections, high-end refurbishments, full property reforms, and bespoke upgrades.
